There is a living room with kitchenette and sofa, a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with a bunk bed and a pull-out bed, a bathroom with shower, a large balcony with barbecue on the west side and another small balcony on the east side. Available and included in the price: washing machine, fridge, satellite TV, wi-fi, closed garage with overhead door, outdoor parking, use of swimming pool. Available at extra charge on request: air conditioning (also in the bedroom) and heating. Small pets are welcome. The furnishings are simple and functional.
