It consists of a living room with kitchenette and sofa, one bedroom with double bed, one bedroom with bunk bed and pull-out bed, a bathroom with shower, a large balcony with barbecue on the west side and another small balcony on the east side. Available and included in the price: washing machine, refrigerator, satellite TV, wi-fi, enclosed garage, outdoor parking, use of swimming pool. For a fee upon request: air conditioning (also in the bedroom) and heating. Small pets are welcome. The furnishings are simple and functional.
